Step 1

We'll discover the key to your customers' choices

Understanding how your customers make decisions, what psychological forces get in the way of the desired behaviour and how to guide customer behaviour will open up new opportunities to attract, excite and retain customers. In this 5-day bootcamp, we not only uncover behavioural insights but also translate them into concrete interventions that will positively influence the way your target groups think, feel and behave.

Step 2

We'll add behavioural intelligence to your customer journey

We start with a 3-day hackaton. We’ll develop and prototype ideas for improving your target audience’s customer journey. After these three days, there is time to actually implement and test the most promising interventions. Then we use the remaining 2 days to evaluate and optimise the interventions. So that we end the bootcamp with concrete tested and improved ideas that can be implemented immediately.

Step 3

You'll get a working influence strategy

This is a high-paced, high-intensity bootcamp in which we will use principles and techniques from the science of influence as lenses to explore opportunities for attracting, converting, engaging, retaining and engaging users for your product. Our senior Behavioural Designers will lead the bootcamp. You will benefit most from the bootcamp if the people participating have roles and responsibilities in product management, CX, UX or marketing.
