What does the programme look like?

A programme that focuses on training, mentoring, and habit formation. The programme is designed to bring about real behavioural change within the leadership team.

STEP 1

Two-Day Kick Start with Off-Site

During this two-day onboarding, we introduce the essential principles and techniques of influencing and behavioural change. We conduct a behavioural analysis of the organisation, identify opportunities for improvement, and practice techniques for managing conflicts, motivating employees, and managing stakeholders. This off-site session covers the 6 habits of influential leadership teams.

STEP 2

Coaching of the Management Team

During four management team sessions, we assist in optimising the agenda, facilitating feedback, and helping the group recognise irrational decisions and biases.

STEP 3

Six Virtual Deep-Dive Sessions

After the training, we conduct one deep-dive session each month, lasting an hour and a half, focused on a specific issue to further internalise the skills: culture, crisis communication, organisation design, framing, mentoring, and stakeholder management. This can be done virtually or on-site.
